Below average place for Employee's policies and healthy environment among employees and management, too much politics at the time of appraisals.
Cons
Not satisfied salaries. Don't show interest on employees at time of appraisal and relieving. Never trust their words at the time of appraisal. Moral less. Sending the employees with fake experience. No ethics. But better than a local consultancy.
