      - None, every ambitious growing company will have hitches. Some can adapt and some cannot. It is all about the individuals perspective.

      Flexibility, Good opportunities, Encouraged to learn new things or up/cross skill, kind of open culture. Growing fast

      While there are some positive thing, there are many not- so positive things. So, let's look at the positive stuff and move on. Negative stuffs are always there with each org.
