      No one will touch you other than appraisal time,Freedom to work at client as per client .Salary is as per the market standards.

      Appraisal discussion is targeted to give less hike.Always trying to build new applications one after the other ,creating confusion in the employees,which application to use.Depends purely on the existing clients.No internal worthy projects
