      Pros

      I have worked with Altimetrik for over an year and strongly feel that it is a very employee friendly organisation. Right from the time of joining till the time of exiting the company, at every point Altimetrik has a specialized team to assist the employees to take care of their needs. Very happy with the way employee queries are handled and resolutions provided. Also it is exceptional how the HR team keeps in constant touch with the employees who are based out of client places for projects at various locations.

      Cons

      The recruitment process could be made more transparent as sometimes the employees are not sure of the projects that they might be doing once they join the company.
