Altimetrik reviews

I've been with Altimetrik close to a year. I have worked with other tier one companies earlier. This is the first time that I have worked for a staff augmentation company and I had gone through a worst experience in my entire career. I was deputed at one if its automobile industry clients. The project that I was working with was successfully completed. After completion of project I was moved to bench. Bringing in project is the responsibility of the delivery head or the Account Manager. This particular Account manager or the so called Delivery head of this automobile client is so worthless that he/she has not even brought a single project or a requirement from his end. But he is so astute that he/she wants to cut the bench cost and so purposefully discourages and demotivates the staffs in bench and ensures that the bench staffs are thrown out of the company. I feel that this growing company still in the budding stage should not treat the employees like this. Seems like they are so selfish that they have the employees till the their task is completed and once it is done they are chucked out mercilessly. The company will surely collapse if they're treating employees like this and especially they should fire the Account Manager who's presence in the organization is useless.

The new owners company do not care about Uruguay offices. The salaries reviews now are much worse than when it was Timba Software.
