      Pros

      I'm with Altimetrik around 8 months and feel happy to be a part of this innovative company. They been very helpful and also I enjoyed my work. The support from the company was also very good and also the salary compensations and benefits are very good based on experience and capabilities. Overall I could say that I'm happy and helpful for my career growth. (A+++++). They provide wonderful cab service. They also maintain the good relations with there clients. For sure, I would recommend my company to my friends and all others. They provide good benefits too compared to all the other companies I worked.

      Pros whats positive about this.. I don't trust the positive feedbacks below. They must have been filled by the HR themselvs.

      1. Bad Management 2. Abrupt change in policies 3. Very inflexible about the timings 4. No rewards and recognition 5. Worst Work Environment 6. Too much of Politics

      good if you are in body shopping

      Cons

      Just body shopping. Will run away when it comes to give increment and incentive. will ask to put all kind of hard work without any reward. will promise lot but gives nothing no sales person spent more than 2 years here
