      Pros

      Good company in term of new challenges/learning.

      Cons

      Lots of HR policy issues, Everyday one policy will start and don't even know when they put this policy on Hold. Lot of direct senior has been left from former company and no new senior engagement just HR and Marketing man do team gatherings.

      1. Casual and stress free work environment 2. No dress code 3. Great place to learn for a fresher 4. Employee welfare oriented management 5. Employee suggestions are taken seriously and valued by the management 6. Encourages one to participate in arts and sports 7. Good and helpful colleagues 8. No strict timings 9. Good infrastructure and work equipments

      Cons

      1. One might feel totally directionless 2. No one really cares what you do 3. Poor top management 4. Most of the employees are on bench or working on POC's. no real project in Bangalore office. 5. Although only recently the organization received a CMMi level 3 certification, no process is followed in terms of projects or resource allocation. 6. Reporting managers change constantly and sometimes projects too abruptly. This makes one go crazy.

      Pros

      Respect that you earn for what you are and what you do , a Great but listening management with a vision, a bunch of great thought leaders, Understanding HR and a good work environment. Pretty much people focused.

      Cons

      so far so good. waiting to see the company reach good to great.
