I've been with Altimetrik for the past 26 months and work as an Architect. Have always felt like being part of a family. Being part of the technology group, I've got a chance to work on latest technologies in Enterprise and Mobile solutions. I have had the opportunity work on multiple solutions for key customers. It has been a very good learning experience. The diversity of my involvement has been very fulfilling and my role is an ongoing challenge that keeps my job very exciting! I was given opportunities to take more leadership and ownership which gave me a more holistic understanding and provide better solutions. Additional job highlights are, being able directly interact with customers on highly visible and critical systems and work with highly talented colleagues. The organization has allowed me to exhibit my skills, given me the opportunity to explore and challenge my capabilities. The organization is constantly being pushed to hire talented employees to deliver quality. Enthusiastic teams and supportive management adds to the excitement. Altimetrik is a great company to work for. Glad to be a part of a young growing organization 'Altimetrik'!!
Cons
Given that any organization would have positives and areas of improvement, Altimetrik is also working on certain areas which are being improved. Everything is an experience from my perspective and glad to be part of this phase as well.
