The new owners company do not care about Uruguay offices. The salaries reviews now are much worse than when it was Timba Software.

There were huge expectations from new management when SAP division moved But new management took inputs from old SAP management team and not even attempted to understand the employee concerns Please speak to people and understand reality Old management from SAP division favors only Tamil community

Good company in term of new challenges/learning.

Cons

Lots of HR policy issues, Everyday one policy will start and don't even know when they put this policy on Hold. Lot of direct senior has been left from former company and no new senior engagement just HR and Marketing man do team gatherings.
