      Pros

      The people, the culture (all the intangibles), the focus on career growth and development, the transparency in communication and the ethos. Pay is very competitive as well compared to the consulting market, and a flat structure to allow each individual to grow on their own trajectory vs competing against someone else for a promotion.

      Cons

      It's a relatively small-medium size company (150+ employees) which may not be everyone's cup of tea, but does allow you to shine and build connections company wide a lot easier.
