Decent Job

Pros

They pay decently, especially considering they don't require any previous experience for this role. They have their own internal billing system so they teach you everything you need to know. The CEO is kinda cool, little quirky, but the office has a pretty decent vibe. It wasn't a toxic workspace, some cool engagement events and sense of community there. The building is very nice, with a decent cafeteria.

Cons

Does not allow for remote work, most of the jobs at this company could be done from home but they won't allow it. I personally feel like my department was a little targeted in terms of micromanagement and scrutiny for productivity, which was unwarranted. It's nice that they hire people with no previous experience unlike most jobs, but some people who are in managerial or executive positions at this company probably shouldn't be.

We love hiring people and helping them develop their careers, and we're glad you benefited from that opportunity as well. We've found that working from home isn't the best fit for what we do and the positive culture we've built. But, as you say, we have an amazing building, free breakfast and lunch in our gorgeous dining room and our pay and benefits are among the best in the industry. Come join us and find out!

You're right, change is constant, and it can be challenging. Our goal is to continue to get better when we identify process improvements. And you're certainly right about the ability to make great money when you work hard. That's the culture we strive for. Thanks for the review!

Pros

-Easy onboarding process and flexible hours - good med sales exposure. This helped me land my current job that I was offered and I immediately accepted.

Cons

-First off, zynex was sued during my hiring/employment for fraudulent billing to insurance companies and they never once mentioned a thing about it. (It’s all over google). And judging from the other current reviews and patient reviews, zynex is continuing to bill fraudulently. You think they’d learn the first time. - territories seem to keep getting smaller which leaves less room for business growth. - my RSM was awful. I lost count how many times I called, texted or emailed him asking for help or ideas and he’d never respond. - they hire anyone who can drive and immediately start to look for your replacement once you’re hired. I was hired the day after my very first interview. Red flag right there. -quota is unattainable after a year or so when they keep increasing it. 12-16 clinics a day is required which is just idiotic. Our territories are too small to be visiting this amount. The doctors get fed up with you because you’re always visiting and it gets dull and redundant. You’re also disrupting their practice. - zynex also demands their corporate staff to leave 5 star reviews to outnumber the 1 star reviews. - lots of turnover- base salary is well below what we deserve - just don’t work here

We're glad that you were able to leverage your work experience at Zynex to move to a role better suited to your goals. For those of you reading this, I recommend you do your own research. Zynex is not the subject of any lawsuits, and our billing practices are 100% transparent; conforming to nationally recognized licensing and accreditation standards. While clearly this reviewer was unsuccessful, we have hundreds of sales representatives who do extremely well in our uncapped commission environment. If you're driven and don't mind hard work, we'd love to meet you!
