Pros

Autonomy, great product, flexibility, uncapped commissions, good benefits

Cons

limited access to commissions, billing is sketchy and confusing, contracts for coverage with insurance companies are not a priority, company leadership makes knee jerk decisions without thinking things through, communication through the company is not consistent

Pros

Co-Workers were absolutely amazing and we were like a family…before they all got let go without any warning. Free Food

Cons

This company is so scummy and sketchy it makes me sick I worked here for as long as I did. This company won’t be around too much longer and I’m sincerely happy our CEO drives in with Lambos and McLaren’s every day while they constantly were laying people off. Btw Thomas, having those posters up in the lunch room of you playing a guitar doesn’t make you Alex Lifeson, it makes you a joke. This company used to be so amazing and I loved it so much, it breaks my heart to see what it became, or if it was the true nature I have no idea. You aren’t people to the higher ups here, you are simply a number with no value.

Pros

Good PTO and corporate perks. Easy desk job and I met some of my best friends there.

Cons

Minimal training when it comes to national coding guidelines, not a single CPC on staff. When Thao became the reimbursement manager, she tried to change everything and did not listen to the actual billing teams telling her that it wouldn't work, Then we got kicked off of multiple insurance networks and still nothing changes. Not nearly enough communication or knowledge to be billing so many insurance companies. Trial and error does not work when it comes to billing insurance, there are rules for a reason.
