Pros

Lots of great friends came from working there

Cons

The corporate office is worse than a high school in terms of drama. The “leaders” (ZELT) are so gullible to the tongue of other ZELT members that are incompetent. You can work your way up the ladder in positions but your pay does not also equally increase.

Ridiculously Over-Inflated

Pros

Insurance benefits were good, free food, pay was decent. The product is amazing. It really helps!

Here is goes folks. This place may seem like a good place to work. For a person who doesn't mind being micromanaged day in and day out, its perfect. For someone who doesn't harassing patients for money, even after they have passed, then please apply. However, if you have morals and integrity, steer clear. After over 3 years of endless lies, gaslighting and broken promises, it was time to leave. The boast amazing profits and continued growth but fail to trickle that down to the employees. Don't even bother to apply if you're bilingual. They only give you an incentive in one department, that they truly favor over other department. If you choose patient support, just run away. Not worth it. The managers and team leads are highly cliquey. Not to mention, they tell you who you should or shouldn't associate with. If you talk to the wrong person, they will not promote you or give you raises. They don't give raises on any annual reviews. You are only able to get a raise if you are promoted from one level to another. Tenure does not matter to these people. If you try to move departments, they may try to lower your pay of you make more than the cap for the department you are moving to. All I can say is the products are amazing and has helped myself and many patients.

Actions Speak Louder Than Words

Pros

Zynex offers genuinely good products that help people in pain. The mission of the company is easy to get behind.

Cons

When a company is constantly boasting record breaking numbers and awards for their executives, yet refuses to provide fair pay and treatment for their top performers, something is deeply wrong. This company has started to depend on deploying shady practices to mislead employees about opportunities that are available, pay scales, and promotions. Deeply dishonest and unethical leadership at work; an echo chamber of bad ideas with no accountability or environment that enables ideas to be questioned. Simply read the amount of reviews that Zynex solicited from employees on their first day in order to artificially boost their review score, and ask yourself if you want to be part of a company that relies on such superficial and unethical practices. Even more so, see how long this tactic was used because no one in upper leadership questioned it.
