Here is goes folks. This place may seem like a good place to work. For a person who doesn't mind being micromanaged day in and day out, its perfect. For someone who doesn't harassing patients for money, even after they have passed, then please apply. However, if you have morals and integrity, steer clear. After over 3 years of endless lies, gaslighting and broken promises, it was time to leave. The boast amazing profits and continued growth but fail to trickle that down to the employees. Don't even bother to apply if you're bilingual. They only give you an incentive in one department, that they truly favor over other department. If you choose patient support, just run away. Not worth it. The managers and team leads are highly cliquey. Not to mention, they tell you who you should or shouldn't associate with. If you talk to the wrong person, they will not promote you or give you raises. They don't give raises on any annual reviews. You are only able to get a raise if you are promoted from one level to another. Tenure does not matter to these people. If you try to move departments, they may try to lower your pay of you make more than the cap for the department you are moving to.
All I can say is the products are amazing and has helped myself and many patients.
