As a fast growing company, we are succeeding because we have so many employees who are adaptive to the changes needed as we scale and assist more than double the patients we were assisting last year at this time. Promoting from within does occur quite often as many new positions are opening. When we identify someone with the right skill set, professional attitude, and see they can get results, promotion is often possible.
