no pros to report, unless you enjoy free coffee in the morning but that's about it

They give false names for what you'll actually be doing in the company. Most roles are on the phone customer service jobs that are similar to a call center. Don't get suckered in by the fancy names, all you'll be doing is sitting on the phone all day talking to angry patrons of the company! Terrible terrible company. Working there you see how fraudulent they truly are and some of the tricks they do to get payments from insurance companies. They also sell products to their patrons without fully understanding what they will be getting and then send them a huge bill later for supplies they thought were covered through insurance. ITS CORRUPT! Don't fall for working for a call center where people's mentalities are still in high school and a very petty environment.

We value and respect the time you have taken to write a review of Zynex Medical. It’s unfortunate to see that a previous employee was unhappy after their time at Zynex. We have many ways for employees to voice concerns yet these were not raised during your time here. We work closely with our managers and supervisors to maintain a positive and trustworthy work environment, where employees can voice issues so they can be addressed, rather than fester. We work hard to ensure our employees are given clear, concise and accurate information about job duties, responsibilities and expectations. All employees are given and sign their job description, so it is clear how they will spend their day. Additionally, all of our patient care roles are critical to our company and each does involve constant patient contact, which we believe is essential when helping patients in pain. Thank you for your feedback and we wish you the best on your future endeavors.

We appreciate receiving feedback, however, it is difficult to address an issue when the feedback contains inaccurate information. We count on employees to communicate with us and bring concerns to the surface so they can be resolved/addressed during employment. Our company works diligently to help patients so they have an option for drug-free pain relief and are dedicated to addressing the Opioid Epidemic with our products/services. When a patient‘s insurance does not cover, we provide them with an affordable solution that will allow them to continue to treat with our product. We take pride in living our mission to help patients with their pain management needs.
