      Pros

      Only pro is you make your own hours. Overtime anytime and pay specialists over 20$ an hr

      Cons

      There is no communication. They hire and fire people for no training when they dont train or tell you of changes. You have to be part of the clique not to be fired. Your told to pull 10-11 hr days even when sick. Risk driving in ice and snow because they never close. Management changes constantly and everyone talks behind your back. The company is purging money but still hire only to fire new people in weeks or months.

      Negative emotions run high when an employee is not a good fit within a Company. It is important to Zynex that we hire people who have a great work ethic and are not taking a job to simply show up and get a pay check. We want people to feel invested in the mission of the company. We have experienced a lot of change but have build a stable group of managers that are A+ leaders. If additional training is needed and the employee does not communicated, that can be a no win situation for management. If you are hoping to find a company with a bright future, put Zynex on your list.

      Thank you for your review and your efforts getting our products out there to clinics and MDs. Sales reps are often hoping the products are fully covered by insurance. Insurance plans around the country vary widely so this is never guaranteed. We do however, offer patients pricing that is affordable when their insurance does not cover. We have the best products and a great team to support those in the field. In our efforts to expand our sales force the next many months, we hope that you give us the opportunity to show you what its like to carry Zynex's products into your clinics and community.

      Pros

      Only good things were the people I worked with directly and having weekends and holidays off.

      Cons

      The way the company was run is ludicrous. I was terminated because I kept telling the people that would call in that they needed to pay their bill instead of what the CEO directly said I should have done which was "If they didn't want to pay their bills they don't have to, we can let it go. " The company was in the process of downsizing when I left, the very first pay day that I experienced had there was a problem and pay was not received until 4 days after that Friday. When I started there was no CFO, no CHRO, and the only upper management was the CEO, his son, and his girlfriend. The company, when I left, was just starting to pay the vendors for materials, they were behind severely on bills to the point of almost being shut off, and the company was surviving solely on credit. They had also hired an interim CFO and had hired an external human resources company to run their human resources with money they didn't have. The management here was a nightmare, and I would never work here again at any level. There is no way this company is going to survive much longer with its current business practice.

      We appreciate your review. Due to the improvements made in our Call Center staffing the past 18 months, Zynex is receiving much better ratings from our patients. Customer Service is key and the quality of those calls is also critical to the CEO and management team. Zynex hires and retains only the highest quality Call Center Reps. If you have compassion and maturity in the way you communicate with customers, you may consider applying for one of our Customer Service positions. You will be glad you did!
