      Ok first job, but don’t stick around.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      First, ignore most reviews. They are done during a meeting and if you show you did one you get a gift. Goals are set based on population ignoring demographics. Poorer areas get fewer commissions. Billing practices cause providers to stop ordering. They won’t write if they feel their patients are being abused.

      Pros

      Don't have much positive to share. The CEO once stated that they weren't gonna give the employs anything for Christmas. But if they did it would be a $2 McDonalds gift card. Meanwhile the CEO Drives his McLaren to work and the Executives walk around in Louboutin shoes. its insulting and they honestly need to have a reconning

      This company used to be amazing. They used to care about their employees. But I'm not sure if something switched with leadership or what. But they started doing very sketchy things that are not in the best interest of their employees. They are currently trying to push employees out by causing them to commit unobtainable numbers and metrics. I'm not sure if they are under some weird financial trouble or what. When i first started working their they had a lot of the employees leave "good" reviews for their time working there even though they just started working there that week. I think they need to be evaluated as a company once again.

      Pros

      Good entry into med sales to gain experience to get a job elsewhere. Flexibility, but at what cost?

      Cons

      A lot... - No structure - Every expense comes out of your pocket with a pretty lengthy wait time to be reimnursed. - Too many clinic and patient escalations due to questionable company practices. This leads to losing clinics and providers who no longer want to do business with this company (understandably). - They will let you go because of THEIR financial issues.. even if you are making them a lot of money. - Management is very bad. - CEO is incompetent.
