Pros

Offer very flexible hours and the other TMs are very kind

Cons

There are a lot of issues with insurance coverage you have to deal with and they leave you ill prepared. You aren't treated well if you are not in the top 1% of the company.

Pros

Great pay for an entry level med sales job. Flexible schedule

Cons

Small territories paired with quickly rising quotas restrict reps ability to succeed in the long term. Commission structure isn’t great. Medicare and Medicaid don’t count toward quotas and pay little to nothing but these tend to be the patients most providers want to write for anyway. State insurance doesn’t cover well so patients end up getting charged, complain, and it strains relationships built with providers.

Smaller territories can sometimes be challenging and can impact long-term success in sales. Regarding commissions, we recognize the limitations with Medicare and Medicaid not counting toward quotas and their lower payouts, despite being common patient demographics in certain areas. We're actively reviewing our commission structure and sales expectations to ensure they align better with sales realities.
