Flexible, decent pay for what it is and it’s easy to communicate with managers.

Cons

So many, company seems to withhold certain information which can make you seem shady when dealing with clients, no help from directors, doesn’t matter how bad territory is they won’t adjust anything for you. Insurance policy for qualifying orders is absolutely ridiculous, and no matter how much you think things are okay I promise they aren’t! They do not care about their employees and aren’t willing to help any of them when they ask. There’s employees making $300k plus with commission theres people making the exact base salary because it doesn’t matter how good of a salesman you are, it is dependent on how good or bad the territory was before when you started.
