      They care about getting patients out of pain. They have so much internal support, we can focus on relationships with clinics and supporting them.

      Maybe one day they’ll have more devices!

      Pros

      I love that I can own my time. I have the best manager that I can be transparent with and has a genuine care for helping me succeed at my job but also other life events as well. Quota is reasonable and the company is always coming up with unique and effective ways to support the sales force.

      Cons

      You plan your schedule. You have to be disciplined to succeed, which shouldn’t be a surprise for a sales role.
