      Great training opportunities, good stretch opportunities Great pay (a touch less than MBB) Low travel model

      Cons

      Consistent with other consulting firms, not great work-life balance and some individuals can be a bit toxic about the WLB Little/no diversity (gender, racial especially) especially at senior levels of management. Little/no leadership talks about being a working parent/makes it part of their work life, so they don't set a standard V steep learning curve can be challenging
