The colleagues are the biggest pro of the job. The base salary is on par with top tier consultancies. Work is interesting

Cons

There are big expectations and pressure on your work here with little room for error or time to grow. You are expected to get it first time. With recent cost cutting measures, most perks have gone including bonuses. Management is typically not around the office and seem detached.

Awesome culture, top tier people, and large clients - punches above its weight

Cons

- Poor exits unless you want to stay in digital infrastructure, in which case its amazing - Long hours - Luck of the draw with projects - Pay not been revised since high inflation
