All companies experience growth at some point in their careers, similar to Altman Solon. There are a lot of happy hours which allow people to meet one another and network

Cons

It feels like there is a heavy battle going on between analysts vs experienced hires. Analysts tend to hold a lot of the knowledge and resent having to teach it to experienced hires

• Long hours - but comp should cover this + good late night perks • Manager quality can be questionable - but always have opportunity to provide upwards feedback

Pros

Great place to learn quickly and develop skills. Staffing is based on growth and desired skill sets which is great for constantly learning. Co-workers are great and have interesting personalities.

Cons

Skewed towards telecom and diligence projects - company overstates strategy and media projects. Projects are typically <1 month which makes for very fast paced deadlines and lead to unsustainable deadlines. Manager skill levels highly vary, so team culture can drastically change from project to project. Little to no respect for work/life balance, but different to other major consulting firms there are far less benefits and fewer bonuses.
