      Pros

      - Good Culture before the pandemic - People are driven and smart

      Cons

      - promotional criterias listed are not in line with what actually is used to evaluate - high degree of favoritism, though not too uncommon in this industry - hr surveys are not anonymous and can be used against you - D&I is a focus, but there are a lot of currently issues with how minorities are being integrated and treated

      Pros

      The company is growing very fast. Hence, this means a ton of learning opportunities. You will work with people with high caliber. Good bonding among junior staff as well. Impeccable HR and supporting staff. The management generally cares about their employees, but of course, business need always comes first.

      Cons

      Growing fast brings growing pains. Overall staff utilization is skewed because soon you will realize good, tenured people are staffed back-to-back, whereas the not-so-good ones are on the beach, and the management calls this 70% utilization. As a result, tenured folks are leaving the firm, resulting in more new hires and more burden on the existing staff, hence, a vicious cycle
