- good compensation and bonus esp from senior consultant level - good set of perks incl. opportunity to work in other offices - sense of market leadership in TMT

Cons

- terrible working hours (norm seems to be working till 10pm) - protected Fridays are increasingly not protected - only annual wage reviews, where competition is at least biannual - partner pay is likely very high but not translating into benefits from employees - some slippage in quality of new hires

-Compensation is fairly competitive -Protected weekends make a big difference -Not an internally competitive culture -lots of PE Diligence work (may be a con for some) -smart people, fairly nice

Cons

-All the technical stuff can be hard for laterals and mba's (fiber, data centers, etc) -Feedback can be a bit harsh sometimes especially after you've grinded, you have to have the personality/stomach/mindset for it -Experience can vary a lot depending on who you work with, I am both stellar and not great depending on which project and who you ask
