Overall I don't have many cons. The following are simply all I could come up with. With any startup, there are growing pains. Speaking from the engineering team perspective, I believe these are recognized and mitigated quite well. * Medical benefits didn't start on the 1st day of employment * Company-wide communication has room for improvement
