Pros

Driving for Alto is a rewarding experience whether you are driving business customers to and from the airports or just taking retirees to their doctor appointments they always seem to enjoy the experience. Employees usually can have flexible hours.

Cons

Some weekend shifts required for new employees. Not a real positive culture among all employees, No definative chances for advancement within the company.

Pros

They provide drivers with seatbelts.

Cons

The company altered my hours and pays tubs to eliminate my overtime. Refused to list reasons for changing my hours on my pay stubs (Labor law violation). Denied us lunch breaks with 8 hour shifts. Write up for being 5 seconds late (literally 5 seconds). CEO routinely begs you for money. Paid under 500 a week. 40 hour days.
