Pros

Flexible Hours and start times, some people will pay tips if you know how to keep a convo going. Not having to drive my own car was great. Paid during training, which isn't too long.

Cons

Can sometimes be hard to use the restroom since you have to rely on public ones. Dispatch and the app you have to use can be a bit dysfunctional at times, but they try. Only good if you live in the area, otherwise having to deal with traffic when you get there might be a pain.

Pros

1. A nice place to earn a little extra money. 2. Eligible for some benefits as a part-timer. 3. Opportunity to drive all over the metroplex. 4. You do not operate your own vehicle. 5. Company pays for gas, service, and tolls.

Cons

1. Used to have flexible scheduling but now will automatically schedule a shift outside of your availability scope. 2. Shifts were scheduled two weeks in advance which allowed drivers time to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, it changed very suddenly without any notice. 3. Actively pushing against tips despite some of members' wishes. 4. Management will implement significant changes without surveying the drivers beforehand. 5. Not many rewards for being a consistent safe driver (with no accidents on file). 6. Little encouragement or avenues for growth: no mentorship, cross-training, or advocacy programs.
