Pros

Alto shows huge potential for success and growth. The marketing team is full of motivated and hard-working employees that cares about growing the company and pushing the boundaries. Being a small company, all departments lean on each other to solve problems and execute initiatives. All in all, the people and culture are great!

Cons

There’s room for improving processes but the company is open to continuous improvement, which is great. Also, you need to have a flexible schedule to work earlier or later hours if something important comes up that needs attention.

I love the team work and family culture we have as a company. All hands on deck approach. We have fun while working hard so the environment we have here is second to none. Our drivers are family to us and not a number. We will forever change the Rideshare industry as we know it since our drivers are employees, and not independent contractors. We put them first and in return they put our customers first.

So I couldn’t have imagined a better job for me. They were flexible with my schedule, good pay, full benefits and I feel valued and important. The job is easy, the environment is friendly and the managers are always making us laugh. We take care of business! And we do it with kindness. I’m proud to be apart of the Alto team.

Cons

Alto is a newer company so they are still making updates and adjustments. But like any great company, this is necessary.
