Pros

You work as an hourly employee, and get the basic benefits and stability that come with not being just a contractor like with most rideshare companies. It's mostly unchallenging work (I bring a book or something to do during frequent downtimes.) Flexible scheduling, and you can pick up or ask to drop shifts through an app.

Cons

It's quite unclear at the moment if the company is going to last, at least in DC. I'm not sure whether the company has done enough to separate itself from Uber and Lyft, for the higher price. As a driver, you have to answer to a dispatch, so there is a little less freedom and excitement than from other rideshare companies. You must start shifts at the local HQ, which might require some travel time to get to, if you're like me. Health "benefits" are a bit misleading. It's just not the most exciting place to work in general.
