-Low pay -Lack of transparency -Anytime the company has money concerns, drivers are the one who get squeezed out -Inconsistent policies that constantly change -No clear chain of command -No raises after 18 months -Weak benefits package -Employees feel unappreciated -Dashcam system often punishes you for the actions of other drivers on the road -High turnover rate, probably 50% of employees leave in less than 60 days -CEO seems either uninterested or out of touch with employees
