Unprofessional Management

Pros

Easy job if you're a patient driver Healthcare for part-timers Flexible hours Paid Weekly

Cons

Because of low entry to the driver position, many unprofessional people work here. The management does not care for drivers' well-being. Finding a bathroom during breaks can be difficult if you are in a metropolitan area. You have to go into a fast-food joint or a grocery store. The dispatch will put you on a lunch break without a sufficient amount of time (7 minutes) to find a safe place to park and take a break. No room for growth.

Low pay

Pros

Flexible hours, sick pay accrued weekly

Cons

New pay scale makes it hard to earn a good wage without working the prime shifts. Those who had accrued a raise just lost it. If you made 13.75 now you make 12.50 during regular hours.
