Pros

Alto is growing rapidly. The pace is fast and the culture is fun. The engineering team is great; everyone is friendly and supportive. There's always something to do and you get to see the impact of your work directly. The PTO, benefits, and perks are all fantastic as well.

Cons

We are a growing engineering team so there's obviously growing pains and some instances of wearing multiple hats. It's being well managed, though, so not really a Con but this field was required!

Pros

There is a lot of room for growth at Alto. The culture really encourages you to bring your knowledge and skills to the table, they give you room and trust to prove your value, and they reward you for it. You can easily pave your way here and to be treated as an adult who is trusted at work and not micromanaged is so valuable to me as an employee.

Cons

There is a lot of work to be done, you need a really strong will to maintain work life balance at times, but that is from my own personal drive. No one forces me to work long hours (I just like to sometimes!)

Pros

Alto shows huge potential for success and growth. The marketing team is full of motivated and hard-working employees that cares about growing the company and pushing the boundaries. Being a small company, all departments lean on each other to solve problems and execute initiatives. All in all, the people and culture are great!

Cons

There’s room for improving processes but the company is open to continuous improvement, which is great. Also, you need to have a flexible schedule to work earlier or later hours if something important comes up that needs attention.
