So I couldn’t have imagined a better job for me. They were flexible with my schedule, good pay, full benefits and I feel valued and important. The job is easy, the environment is friendly and the managers are always making us laugh. We take care of business! And we do it with kindness. I’m proud to be apart of the Alto team.

Cons

Alto is a newer company so they are still making updates and adjustments. But like any great company, this is necessary.

Leadership is great. Not only asks for feedback, but listens and acts on it. Able to talk to anyone on any level comfortably. Because it is growing fast, your input to streamline processes is heard!
