Tech team is world class and definitely the best part of the job. Flexible on hours as long as you get your sprint work done. Encourages us to learn and we have 20% time to spend on whatever projects/learning/fixes we want.

Cons

As the company is still growing there is a lack of structure that makes the promotion process frustrating.
