      Pros

      The union runs the company. If anyone in the union says they dont like you, you are gone. It's that simple. Pretty sad.

      Pay and benefits were decent.

      Good culture, good pay, some development opportunities, the leadership is pretty good.

      Cons

      People stay in the company for many years and this limits opportunities.
