Dedicated employees who genuinely care about the customer.

Cons

Service department leadership is dysfunctional at several levels. Good ole boy network has resulted in incompetent leadership and and very poor climate. Other departments are very good.

flexibility with schedule is a pro!

Cons

no upward mobility in company, no growth within your department, bring up issues and then get picked apart, pay you based on Iowa cost of living even though we live in IL.
