      Cons

      Management is very out of touch and spends the majority of time tracking time stamps and photos. The number of execution initiatives for each store doesn’t match the time they allow you per store. Recent years has brought an intense pressure on the front line for perfect in-store execution involving increasingly physical tasks. Store owners and managers are frustrated with being asked to purchase products that don’t sell and they can’t return. It’s rare that accomplishments are recognized and there isn’t any sales manager that doesn’t feel stressed and pressured.
