Pros

Strong on-campus network, up-front investment in training and development. The pay was better than many other starting salaries for my peers.

Cons

As a TSM, you're in and out of convenience stores, grocery stores, big box pharmacies (basically any business that sells tobacco in your defined territory) all day long. You'll come home grimey and it doesn't have the cultural cachet of working in tech -- nor does it pay like tech.
