promotion process does not allow for advancement without moving. The check-in process is a drawn out process that allows for people to slip through the cracks. Some true leaders never have the chance for advancement

Internship program is GREAT! Starting salary is 56,000! Co-workers are awesome. Ability to grow and learn from intelligent people.

Cons

Every idea has to be submitted to the Legal department which is quite a hassle. Very conservative company and not open to new, innovative ideas.

As a summer intern they really take you out and show you all the ins and outs of the business. They have some of the greatest people in the work place. It is one of the best places to launch a career because of all the career advancements.

Cons

The only con is that ist is a tobacco company, ultimately, and you will probably get frowned upon by a few people everyday.
