-compensation -Management does a good job of directing you - great training and development help - great people to work with

Cons

There is absolutely no work-life balance. Whenever I get home I work, and I worry about work the next day. It is not a fun job and sometimes I feel like I am a robot doing meaningless work. Working for a tobacco company also isn't very glamorous
