Great Benefits, but act as a sales rep for 3 operating companies-no work life balance

Benefits, company car, 401K is excellent

Cons

In order for advancement you have to relocate out of state. The current TSM position is managing products from 3 operating companies and is too much work. There is no work life balance at this company. You bring your work home everyday and you carry a lot of POS, boxes, etc in your garage and car. Not a company that is "mom" friendly.

Pros

Senior management is top notch. You will gain invaluable experience as this company has the best business practices. Benefits are hard to beat.

Cons

As with every big firm, growth is slow and there is bureaucracy. You also need to look after your own career if you desire to move within departments. HR will “try” to help but ultimately you need to find a mentor.
