They pay ok and the people on the production floor are awesome. Might be able to work on different projects ar different locations.

Cons

Poor leadership at some of the facilities. Be careful of who you trust, very cut throat and at the end of the day it is a declining business which means layoffs or restructuring as they call it

Great pay and benefits. Opportunities to advance if you are willing to sacrifice your personal life to get there. Lots of really smart folks work there.

Cons

Work life balance is bad. Old-school, formal cuture. Dedication measured by hours in the office, not efficiency. Very political.
