      good focus on development, great benefits, company car provided, best of the best employees, industry leader, always lots to learn and do

      Cons

      sometimes it is a little too busy; if you aren't a self-starter, you won't be successful; there is a lot to learn so if you don't catch on quick, you may struggle at first

      Consistent and ongoing training as well as focused development of sales force makes this sales team one of the best. Benefits are unbelievable, starting pay is outstanding, and the company is expanding in a time when most companies are laying people off.

      Cons

      The challenging nature of the products and social ramifications make this product a challenging one to grow. The industry continues to decline and more and more regulations on the product threaten the growth of businesses who sell the products.
