      Great benefits and nice people

      Cons

      People smoke and vape in the office. The company has smoking lounges on every floor. Executives openly smoke or vape during Teams calls as casually as the would take a sip of coffee. There are also cigarette vending machines in the office. The place gives Mad Men vibes.

      Pros

      Good people and strong training and development.

      Cons

      Company has lost its way - at least in sales. AGDC leadership has no North Star and is driven by by political ambitions. Little recognition of those who actually drive the business and grow the org unless you are one of the “inner circle.” VPs have all been hand picked since they’re “yes people.” Company also lost its way with Diversity approach and has never regained its footing.

      Great benefits, but management impacts work-life balance

      Pros

      Great benefits and pay structure. Every year you get an annual merit increase based on performance and where you fall in your pay range. Your day to day life is heavily influenced by your direct manager, and same with the work-life balance. I’ve had managers where I work weekends, in office all the time. I’ve also had managers where I barely ever work weekends and work mostly remotely. It greatly depends who you’re reporting to.

      Cons

      Constant shift in the organization as restructures happen. Minimal upward movement available for those in finance due to outsourcing. If you have a bad boss, you have a bad time at work.
