Cons
Retail relationships can be demanding and unpredictable. Career progression can be slow and competitive. Upper management decisions often feel disconnected from what happens in the field. Frequent strategy changes from corporate can be frustrating to execute at the retail level. Communication is very top-down. Little opportunity for frontline feedback to influence decisions.
