compensation was below industry average for my experience level. they base your rate of pay expectation on you working 50 hours a week, then calculated as an hourly rate of pay. So when things got slow (which was frequent) and we were down to 40 hours/week, my income dropped like 30%. The customers drive the Altron Bus. They bark, Altron jumps. The company has absolutely zero backbone against customer demands and expectations. The sales and Project Management teams need a serious overhaul!
