Company culture was and can be great, potential for growth is there, nice offices and perks.

Cons

The hyper growth nature of the platform is exhausting. You’re expected to have very little to no life besides work if you want to be praised.

Cons

Funny that 2 5-star reviews popped up after a discussion was started about what do to with negative glassdoor feedback. The company asks for our input semi-annually through an engagement survey but it seems like that's less important than how things look??

Competitive benefits, competitive pay, the leadership team genuinely cares about us as employees and our wellbeing. This is definitely a work hard play hard environment, but we are always supported in anything we need.
