beautiful office, cool people and work environment, good hires and hours/ life balance

Cons

not the best communication, fast turn overs, sometimes left in the dark. I got my role and they quickly wanted me to start training for a new one

Pros

Fellow engineers are great to work with - lots of intelligent people who are also friendly and easy to communicate with. Supportive colleagues who listen to each others ideas and concerns. Plenty of opportunity for growth. The office is beautiful.

Cons

Upper management wants to push out so many features so quickly that there is very little time given for anything else. Almost no time is given to tackle tech debt, which results in frequent bugs. Serious growing pains over the last few years. Work life balance ranges from decent to virtually non-existent, depending on your team and role.
