The leadership team focuses a lot on the core values, Kindness, Brilliance and Grit. I see it in action everyday so its not just talk. Remote first company. Competitive salary, benefits and equity.

Cons

It’s been a ride. Amazingly talented people. Very supportive and great learning culture. Great time to join, with the company and tech scaling big. You get ownership opportunities while learning from senior engineering and management. Very good focus on company culture - kindness, brilliance & grit. Very diverse team as well.

Cons

Being very fast growing there is bit lack of process and documentation, but things are looking brighter.

Typical quickly scaling startup issues: bumpy communication between different departments, not a lot of training for people who aren't from the industry, long hours.
